Article marketers please help

While I am no where near newbie stage as far as internet marketing goes , I am new to the article marketing part of it .

Something I learned a long time ago was that you can do the trial and error thing and figure out almost anything . I also realize that you can loose a lot of valuable time by being to proud to ask for help from those that already have the t-shirt so to speak.

I bought a system from a fellow warrior that I have a lot of respect for. I feel if you are looking for something and a warrior has it we should use them.

I Have the optimization thing down according to his blueprint . Actually the article is pointing to a landing page that is optimized down to the url for the key words .

My question is actually dealing with the submission process. I am dealing with enzine articles . Actually submitted my first one just a few minutes ago. I am wondering should I let this one get aproved before I submit another one . Admitedly being a email and twitter type marketer has geared me to a little faster results than a up ot 7 day waiting period but I don't want to rush thing and screw them up either .

Any and all help will be greatly apreceiated

Thanks

Troy

    Troy,

Submitting more than 1 article to ezine articles should not have any type of negative effect on your article approval.

I agree with Joel. In my experience with EZA it doesn't make a particle of difference. Each article in their queue is handled separately, most likely by a different editor.

I agree, I've submitted up to 5 at a time and had no problems. I wouldn't recommend piling them on TOO heavy at first, at least until you're established there, but submitting a handful every day shouldn't cause any problems that I'm aware of.

Do you suggest sending to more than one directory if you are not established ?

This is true. I think there's really no point in waiting, because its just delaying the process of getting to where you are suppose to go.

    Hi,

I use ezinearticles for publishing many of my articles. You can submit more than 1 at a time. They do place a limit, such as up to 10 articles before you get approval to move to the next level.

Thanks . I was wondering about the limit thing . Is paying to upgrade a needed thing or will it help any ?

Hey Troy, unless they have changed it, I believe you get upgraded once you have submitted a certain number of articles. Once you get upgraded then you can post as many articles as you like.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not sure about their paid service and what that entails.

Thanks, I have used ezine articles for awhile and you don't have to pay. They just approve you to the next level. Apparently, it also reduces the review time to publish the article.

    What they all said!

Just remember that article marketing is a bit of a drawn out process and patience is key in not losing your mind over it and giving up.

Be patient, be precise and things will work out fine for you.

    Good luck!

Don't make your articles boring. I know you know that. What I mean is, sometimes I've caught myself being so focused on getting the info across and crafting the resource box that the "tone" of the article comes out a little stiff. Needless to say those don't hold the reader's attention long enough for them to get to the resource box.

Keep it light, use language that's not hard to follow and do little things to keep grabbing their attention like using humor or surprising statements, etc.

So far that has not been a problem with my one big article that hasn't been approved yet :-) I was lucky enough to find some long tails that I am actually familiar with .

I can see how that could become a problem real easy though.

        thanks for the heads up

Promote your articles as if they are one of your pages. So many IM'ers write hundreds of articles and see very little results (due to all the competition). Building backlinks will do wonders to rank for high traffic keywords.

Submit multiple articles at once for the best results. It takes way too long just doing one at a time.

    Troy,

Don't write off GoArticles....There are MANY keyword phrases for article marketing that you could get ranked a lot higher in the SERPs with GoArticles than with EzineArticles.

I,m having problems with iSnare. I have articles submitted for over three weeks that haven't been published. I have inquired through their help desk with no response and I have emailed them with no response. I had an email from them acknowledging the submission. Is any one else having this problem with iSnare?

Unfortunately yes, I've seen several people mention the same problem, and I stopped using their distribution service because of it. I can see a week delay, but not months like some people are waiting.

It's a shame because I really liked them and got good results from them.

As far as my ezinearticles submission is concerned, you can submit multiple articles for their review, the moment that you submit more than 10 articles the faster it is that you get an answer from them (whether your article is approved or not). Hope this one helps! Cheers! C",)

    • Yes, Troy, keep submitting your articles. And, here's some more information if you are interested.

Aside from an article/content/copywriter, I also do brain dialog research. I am also a certified clinical hypnotist and I apply my 20 years of knowledge to write hypnotic copy.

If your product is mainly for men, men (thinking from mainly the left brain) are mainly interested in words about power and "beating the competition." That means a part of their brain is interested in power words like: power, explode, explosive, beat, dynamic, dynamite

Words having to do with beating the competition will naturally peak a man's interest pretty fast. So, using words like that in the title and copy body of your article marketing article will naturally look more appealing to them than if you use other words.

For women, generally (the right brainers of the world) are more interested in building relationships. So words like comfort, team, support, love, like, hug (all relationship-oriented words) are more appealing to the women. This is just a general rule regarding how the human brain processes.

So, if you are more interested in targeting men in your copy use the power words in your title. For women, use the relationship words.

Hope this is helpful to you.
