I think there are thousands of ways to make money. You can do web design, sell products or your own or through affiliate programs, google adsense, and much more.

My advice to you is get several of these things going, and a couple of them are going to work well for you.

Well I am looking for something like dvdual had said. I am not talking internet marketing. I have tried a lot of internet marketing things. I just dont have the patience I guess.

Right now I am doing the payday project thing. I heard it worked really well but I made about $100 in my first day or two but since then I have not made a dollar. I am just wondering if there is something else out there That I could do from home.

Well, besides affiliate marketing, mlm and similar programs, there are some other ways I am aware of:

    1) paid to click/paid to read sites- these sites are similar to traffic exchanges, except that for each ad you view, you get paid some cash each time (usually anywhere between $.005 and $1 per click, varying by site and membership levels). They also pay you to promote their services (such as earning a portion of what referrals earn for sites they click on).

    2) Paid to sign up programs- these are programs that pay you to sign up for stuff, take advantage of free trials, and other promotions online. Some popular programs includes Cash Crate, Rich Ptc, Click or Sign up, Matrix Mails, and project payday (which specializes in those incentivized freebie sites you see online that offers "free" prizes by completing x number of offers and referring y number of people to those sites). The only downside to these programs is that most "free" offers are typically not free and can get expensive after a while depending on which offers you complete.

    3) Paid survey sites- while there are many scam paid survey sites out there, there are a few legit ones like Inbox Dollars and My View.

    4) Freelance work - you can find these at sites like Sologig, iFreelance, and Go Freelance

From what I've seen, more and more people are using "virtual assistants". The name is a bit of a misnomer as a VA is actually very real. But I've seen lots of people get hired at $12-$20/hour to do things online like backlink building, customer support, and a whole host of other things.

Google "virtual assistant forum" to find out a little more (I used to know a good forum in this niche but can't remember it at the moment).

Also, pretty much any service you see people selling on eLance, you can do to make money--usually at a better rate than people are getting paid over there!

    You might try Mechanical Turk...

Though, Brad's suggestion above is a great one. You can easily offer services as a VA, or something like that. There is always demand for great VA's and writers who are dependable.

    Hi there,

I have a full list of sites for legitimate call center jobs (and how to get one), VA jobs, online tutoring, writing etc. at my free Earn at Home website. I also have articles there on making money with affiliate marketing etc.

And I have articles on making money selling merchandise on eBay and Amazon, making money with creative methods like Santa letters, pumpkin painting, chocolate bouquets and more.

My site also has info on making money with surveys and other paid to sites but that is generally pretty low paying. I also have an article on Amazon Turks but that also pays peanuts.

One of the best ways to earn is by writing and I have a full writing site along with the earn at home site.

PM me if you would like a link to these sites.

I second looking into becoming a VA. I wouldn't bother with ChaCha... I heard that you work really hard and can only pull in about $5 per hour.

Yes I have always wondered about the term "Virtual Assistant" as well

Yes this is the most common way to get started online. Try FlexJobs.com ... i know they have a lot of job posts specifically for VA's in the US (assuming you are from the US) ... this helps as conversion rates can make it hard to compete

Nowadays the projects are mostly outsourced. In the same way online outsourcing jobs also increased. According to me this thing also most welcome one. Because of employment growth.
