MLM question... About forced matrix plans

Ok so would you prefer to be in a matrix program that fills automatically or a matrix program that allowed sponsor placement of your personal referrals?

I am launching a new company called Trader Agency and thinking about making our system where the affiliate has full control and can manually place his referrals into his business center/ Matrix ...

Would you rather have a system like that or just one that fills automatically from left to right?

All comments and tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

I think most people want the one that fills automatically, so they can still make money even without recruiting people.

Yeah. Most people who join MLM for the first time are clueless and fairly incompetent. By the time you train them, they will probably quit unless they have somebody babysitting them and helping them constantly. So automated forced matrix works better to keep them all happy.

I agree with Jack Hunter, I could not have said it better myself. That's why I never really did get involved in MLM I don't like to chase people and force them to make money. Baby sitting doesn't pay much LOL

The simpler and more automated proven Platform with no work - the better. Just drive traffic and let the system do all the work!

    None of the above

Sorry, just to be honest ! This stuff is a waste of 95% of the people in the programs time.

The ones at the time of the Matrix make the money. They continue to have to replenish the ones below them who are falling out like flies on a constant basis.

You would probably do better by posting this on a MLM forum. Most people here have no place for MLM, Not to say there is no one here participating, just the majority do not

@ Discrat - Well my product and services make the payplan worth it. I really don't even need an affiliate program attached to what we are doing, so I think the retention rate will be high. Even if someone isn't making any money with the payplan, the will enjoy our LIVE trade room with 3-5 hours of coverage for the fee I'm charging.

I have 2 payplans. A 4x4 matrix and a 4 tier unilevel so it spreads the leverage .

I know many people hate MLM.... And I know why... But affiliate marketing is the fastest way to spread the news about your products and services out there, without having to spend a fortune.

I think having it fill automatically may be the best and easiest route to go. I was just thinking being able to manually place your personal referrals in your business center would give you more control, but guess that would be a good feature for a binary plan. Not so much the matrix plan.

I don't like them and don't want to be part of one no matter what was being offered. Many people like to join matrix's because they believe that it's easy money for just getting X amount of people in.

Sure there are real leaders out there who do make a lot of money with Matrix's but they have to keep sponsoring and recruiting.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong with having to keep sponsoring people just as long as you know before hand that is what you will have to do.

99% of the people who join Matrix's don't make money because many will just pay and sit back to see what happens.

I plan to create a setting where if affiliate is inactive for X period of time with 0 personal referrals, they will get moved from Business Center / Our Matrix to the Volume Center - which is the unilevel plan . As I don't want to attract "people who just think they are gonna sign up and live off of spillover"

So, I may make it where once your 1rst level is full with 1rst 4 and your break even , than you must have X number of personal sales a month to qualify for Business Center commissions or something.. Still working out the details.

With less than 300 people in your matrix/ Business Center you'r making 100k a year. If your not willing to put in a little work for that kind of income , you don't deserve it.

LOL... OK... now that you've heard from all the naysayers who haven't
got the first clue what legitimate MLM is about here's an opinion from a
30+ year veteran of the profession.

If I had to do a matrix... which wouldn't be close to my first choice... I'd
want to be able to do placements. The forced matrix promotes a welfare
mentality... get something for doing nothing... not a good thing.

If you seriously want to turbocharge your comp plan do some research
into coded bonus plans. Those, and the original stairstep breakaways,
are where the serious long term money in MLM is to be found. You want
your reps to be able to develop serious long term money if you hope to be
    in business long term.

Thanks for the tips TSnyder... I originally was going with a binary plan with tons of bonuses, but being my product is what it is, it just made sense to have a simple payplan which is easy to get and easy to duplicate.

My company will be more product focused than on the actual affiliate opportunity, and I anticipate may people not promoting at all but just signing up to gain access to our LIVE trade room . So I wanted to have a payplan which is easy to understand , explain and make money with. With 289 people in your downline your making 100k a year. With the binary plan I had @ 10% of total volume ( even with matching bonuses & other bonuses you would have needed more than that.. Plus the programming is much easier

I will consider doing some volume requirements / ect.. To set off the "spillover / welfare mentality though. But to be honest, at this point I wouldn't mind about 5,000 welfare mentality members signing up.

The first company I joined was Unilevel, very old dated 40 years old company, called Forever Living. I did make money but high competition and saturation. I changed company, qualified as Manager within 6 weeks and being in the right place at the right time - (The start of a company). I joined last November. Still Pre-Launching in the UK but also just launched in USA.

There used to be 3 types of Comp plans:
Unilevel, Binary, Matrix this is old type compensation plans.

    Unilevel limited in Depth,

    Binary limited in Width

Matrix limited in Depth & Width

Multiline = No Limits, No Caps. (Holds 3 patents so no other MLM can copy it).

Guys there is a lot more than just how good a compensation plan is, even though Multiline is by far the best, well see for yourself here: https://youtu.be/l1SPHRX3pSo
