Is it ok to create a tracking link from Paypals button code?

I just set up tracking throughout my sales funnel. I'm using Leadpages for my funnel, Improvely for my tracking, and Paypal as my shopping cart.

I made a Paypal "Buy Now" button and placed the generated code into Improvely, creating a tracking link. I took that tracking link and placed it into the Call To Action button on my Sales Page.

Will that cause any problems?

I tested and seemed fine but maybe there's something I'm not aware of. Just want to make sure that creating a tracking link from Paypals' button code won't have a negative consequence.

    I think as long as you're able to track a conversion (placing a conversion pixel in your "thank you" or "checkout" page), then it should work out. You could test out via Sandbox.

    I'm currently using ClickMeter to track my conversions so I can't really help you much with Improvely. Do let us know how it turns out!
