    Hi Noah,

I wish I could provide some help to you, as I also have a mac and would be interested in the answer.

There are a lot of warriors who work with mac's and I'm sure someone will come on and give a reply.

Sometimes I wish we had a Mac category here for mac related questions on software and such from other Mac Warriors.

I run a 2 MacBook pros, a Mac Pro with multiple monitors and an iMac.

Unfortunately most of the products out there for IM/AM are PC based. You would need to get web based products or purchase something like Parallels or Infusion which allow you to run windows simultaneously on your Mac.

There is a programer out there that codes everything he uses for a mac and an PC. His name is John Hasson and he can be found at: John Hasson

If you find desktop applications for work besides the traditional Microsoft or Adobe products please let us know!

      Hi,

I recommend installing Windows OS on your Mac. A lot IM software just do not run on Mac OSX. You will come across many software like Traffic Travis in future. Save the hassle, your time is more precious than figuring this out.

I use VMware Fusion on my Mac and run Windows in a separate "space".

    Works like a charm.

The only issue I am still trying to overcome is using speakers and headphones on each machine. I cannot get them to work seamlessly. When going from one machine to the other I have to manually switch those devices on and off.

The great thing about it, is you are continually reminded as to how good the Mac is.

    Hi Noah

Have a look at Market Samuri Niche Marketing Product - Market Samurai It's brilliant. There is a trial version you can download.

If that doesn't suit you, it's easy to run Windows software on your (Intel) Mac using Parallels or one of the other emulators - just annoying to have to do it.

Yep market samurai is the only one I know of, its deployed using adobe air which is a cross platform runtime environment. As others have suggested you can go the virtual machine route (VM) and run windows in a window using parallels or vmware fusion, I have tried both pretty much the same although I find fusion performs better. Or you can dual boot using something called boot-camp which is free from apple.

O one other that springs to mind is seo powersuite, its about $250 dollars for the 'suite' of 4 programs which cover ranking checker, link building assistant, site audit and competition monitoring.

Welcome to the world of OS X!
