RTB Display: Who does it?

So will all this talk about RTB/programmatic Display in mainstream marketing, I'm curious to know who use it in Performance marketing.
I work a lot with DSPs such as DoubleClick Bid Manager and TheTradeDesk for remarketing and prospecting, and aside for adexchanger there's barely any media or forum concerning RTB display.
Questions: Do you use RTB in performance marketing and how has it work for you so far?
