Baseline numbers/statistics
I know the number (clickthrough rate, opt-in rate, open rate, etc.) depends on a lot of factors. However, I'd like to know if there are research publications/websites that have numbers that I can use as a baseline benchmark.
Which sites do you know of which has those benchmarks? If you have certain numbers in your mind, where did they originally come from?
