Post on warrior for hire section or go to freelancing site and tell someone to do it for you.

      Go to Odesk or Elance.

They have sections for programmers for hire.

Or go to warriors for hire.

You can get great programmers who will do a bang up job for you.

Why not use Kickstarter? The only thing you need is an awesome video that explains what it does and you can post it up for some good old-fashioned crowdfunding.

I actually thought about this but doesn't it put you at risk for plagiarism?

    Hey Zionbar

I will be glad to help

Have you heard of outsourcing? It is when you pay someone else to do a job for you if you do not know how to do it. A great place to find someone to get an app programmed at a cheap price is Fivver.com
This is a great place, because you can literally get any online job done for you for just $5 (As the name says) . Here is what to do.

    1. Go to Fivver.com and register

    2. On Fivver.com click on the programming and tech

    3. Click on mobile apps and development

    4. Sort results by highest rating

    5. Once you have found someone you like, send them a message asking them if they can do your job. (Explain your job in as much detail as possible)

    6. If they are happy with your job description order the gig

    7. Once your designer is done with your app (Should take about 24 hours) you can request modifications if you do not like it. If you like it your'e done.

    I hope that helps

Depends on the type of app your trying to build. There are free programs, and there are paid app builders. Of course, you can 'outsource' the project, but if this is a 'homerun' app as you project it to be, then make sure you 'protect' your idea... I'm not a lawyer, so seek legal advice, but I'd bet it would be difficult to patent or trademark an idea, with that said... build it yourself!

I bought Zapable for $297, which is great for creating small business apps for 'offline' merchants, but if you're talking tech apps, look into Android Developers, Android Studio, and SDK Manager.
