My team is creating a new site through WordPress, and we were wondering where the best place is to get customized professional templates. Are there any good websites that you suggest?

If you really want a "customized" theme - your best bet is to order it from a web designer specialized in WP themes.

Gorilla, Gabfire, Elegant themes, Studio Press, One Theme, Woo Themes, there are some really nice looking templates on the market. Premium Themes have a lot of nice features that really shorten the time it takes to get up and running. Flexx, WPRemix. Arthemia... many many of them on the market now.
