Payoneer owes me almost $2k and I can't access my money

I've been trying for 3 months to get my money and they keep telling me they are sending my card but when I follow up weeks later they tell me there was a technical issue and they are now sending via DHL and my card will be here in a few days.

This has happened 4 times so far. A similar thing happened to me with epassporte before they went out of business so I'm checking to see if this is a widespread problem or not. Anyone else?

    So far there are not wide-spread reports of problems with Payoneer like there were with Epassporte.

        If you are in India or in neighboring countries,Payoneer is not right method for you .Indian government bans many money instruments ,they have temporarily banned Payoneer,Bitcoin and Paypal too some years ago .

        I think direct bank transfer is good option in these countries.

          I'm in Thailand. The first card wasn't a big deal, this one has been, and still is, a nightmare.

    I know you can get payment from payoneer straight into your bank account. Why dont you sign up for that facility? That is how i get my payments........

      When I originally signed up for the account back in 2012 I got the card only version because I was traveling around at the time. I've mentioned that option to them while trying to resolve this and the reply is that my money is attached to the card so even if I add the bank option now (which I will when I get my money) I can't wire the money that is currently in there. But any new deposits will have that option.

      Call me crazy but I would think transferring money from the card account to a wire account wouldn't be that big of a deal since it's all within the same company but apparently it's a problem.

      I hate their " fee " I didn't know they deduct 1 dollar when I just want to check my account how much while I slot in my payoneer card in the ATM machine in my local country.

      I've spoken with their live chat 16 times during the process so far. The live chat folks don't know anything....pretty sure they are outsourced.

    The only problem I can foresee is if the name you choose is another
    person's real name and that person comes after you. I think the validity
    of the testimonials weighs heavier than the name attached (EXCEPT it's
    a famous name relative to your product.)

        I was beginning to think I was the only one who noticed that.

    I did not face this kind of problem before. I have been using the Payoneer also. I received the card at the accurate time on 2011. Still there is no problem. No tension. I am sure, your problem will be solved within a short time. Thanks

    I can't speak for Thailand, but it was not uncommon to have cards disappear in the mail in the Philippines.

    Cards sent by FedEx, DHL, etc...always arrived.

    Have you asked them for the DHL tracking number? That should be step 1. That is the only thing that will guarantee it has shipped and allow you to track it.
