Yes what area are you interested in? Because IM is pretty broad.

Niche blogging/affiliate marketing are my areas of interest so I read the following:

NicheHacks - Niche Domination Shortcuts...
Niche Pursuits - Find Business Ideas, Niche Websites, and much more!
Entrepreneurs-Journey.com - The Blog Of Yaro Starak
Using Project Management Best Practices on Niche Websites

I'm also interested in SEO so I read:
Quick Sprout Blog by Neil Patel
SEO Training and Link Building Strategies ? Backlinko

and more. There's no one BEST blog - I learn different things from different bloggers, but all are useful.

I'm not sure if these would be considered "the best" to others. But since I prefer to read blogs with actionable content these are some of my favorite.

In my honest opinion, Neil Patel from Quick Sprout has got to be one of the best IM I have ever followed.

The guy produce content that's packed with useful information. I've been following him for the past 2 years and everything he teaches can be applied. I follow a few other IM but he's worth mentioning. Great guy.

Actually, there is not best IM blog because IM has many fields (content marketing, social network, web search, SEO...). If you want to learn about SEO, I would recommend SEO Book - Advocate for Monopoly Capitalism, Rooting for Google. In case of you want to do web search, http://websearch.about.com/ is a good blog to read. Otherwise if you just need to learn some tips and experience in doing business, http://www.smartpassiveincome.com/ is a great choice for you.
You can refer to the "TopRank’s BIGLIST of Internet Marketing Blogs" in SEO Blogs - BIGLIST to find out what the best blogs for you to follow.

it really all depends on what you are looking for in the I.M. space. If you are looking for some honest reviews on products, I recommend: mikefrommaine.com and brettrutecky.com/. If you are looking for blogs that cover more of a wide range of topics, you should really check out: digitalmarketer.com/blog/, buzzblogger.com and Pat Flynn's site, smartpassiveincome.com.
