Landing Page With Geo Identify

Hey guys,

Is there a landing page service that will allow me to create a couple pages that modify words on it, depending on the U.S state its coming from?

For example, "Get a quote from a mechanic in <THEIR U.S STATE>."

    You can do this with javascript if you search online you'll find many affilliate marketing blogs that will show you how to do this in a few lines of code.
