Either #2 or #3 works for me.

To the point, says what the business is, and has a real benefit.

#1 seems clever for the sake of being clever.

Painless Dental Care sounds perfect. It communicates to most patients that they will have a pleasant dental visit and will leave painless with a great check-up/dental work.

Hey Number #2 sounds great to me
    Painless Dental Care

Many people are not comfortable with
    Dentist so Painless definitely tells
    them everything

I'd say #3. For me it's because the other 2 are just a little too gimmicky. However, there is a franchised named "Gentle Dental" so what do I know!

I agree with you. Gental Dental is not implying it will be painless. They just promise to be Gentle.

    nashib77,

I'd create a PPC ad and target the exact area you plan on opening the office. Make 3 versions of the ad and the only thing that is different in all 3 is the Headline.

Run the ad until you have statistical significance on the winner. Then you'll know which one appeals most to your target market.

If you need something for the landing page, just write up some content about what to look for in a dentist. At the testing stage, you just want to determine which name people find most appealing.

      Hi Jack,

Thanks for your suggestion. but I need little more information. what is PPC and how do you target specific location/area? Do you have example of the PPC that I refer to?

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback!!!

    nashib77,

PPC is Pay Per Click. The two biggest places to buy PPC ads would be Google Adwords or Bing Ads.

It may be easiest to just outsource this task. You can find someone who is really good with PPC and have them help you set this up. If they know what they are doing, they will save you more money than if you tried to do it yourself and had to learn the hard way about the little steps that make a big difference in your overall ad spend.

    All the best!

Thanks for the response. I am getting more and more confuse with the name. Someone mentioned Painless Dental Care means if someone has pain after treatment (which is very common) then they are more likely to give you bad review. Do you guys agree with that mindset? Should we be concerned about that?

That's up to your dental team, IMO. Any professional should be able to explain possible aftereffects of a procedure, along with prescribing appropriate meds to handle it.

More people are afraid of pain during a procedure due to insufficient anesthesia, hence the popularity of laughing gas along with standard topical pain killers.

Pay attention to the demographic you're targeting.

If you're dealing mostly with a more mature crowd, a more straightforward name would be better.
