INTERNET MARKETING

Hi there ,

I am mimouni from morocco , a young man graduated with a bachelor degree in english .
My dream is to establish an offshor company ( outsourcing ), which is specilised in all kinds of online job ( Transcription + online data entry + Virtual assistance + writing services ....... ) and trust me , there are a lot of moroccans that master all these kinds of jobs + you can find the best quality work .

So , please if you can answer my question , it would be fine :

1- what is the first step should i follow ????
2- do i establish the company first or looks for international customers ( usa and canada ...) ???

3- do i need some materials ( electronic materials for outsourcing ) ???

4- Is it easy to find international clients or not

And finally , if someone have the same idea and wants to corporate with me , then i will be very happy .

To pose this sentence, you have to qualify yourself with what's in it for someone else who partners with you? What are you bringing to the table?

If I were in your shoes, I'd spend some time on looking at other sites that offer what you are wanting to offer and analyze them. Take notes, and get a firm idea in your head of what/how/where/when you want to proceed.

Make a plan.

- you need a website
- you need a portfolio
- you need testimonials
- advertise
- focus on conversion and traffic

I will recommend it as a first step of looking sites that offer what you want to offer and study them. As? for example, taking notes ... then everything will be clear about what how where ..when !!!
