How do i split a text file?

For example: I have a text file as below:

1dsda
dsadasdsa
===
dsasaf
sadsa
dsadsad
===
gfsgsd
gdsgs
sdgdsg
sfdss



I'd like to split that text to 3 notepad files (seperate by character "===")


Is there any tools to help me automatically.

    I do not know why you would need special software, just copy and paste

      That's example. Impact, I need to seperate to more than 1000 single files. I can not do it by manual.

      I have to do that many time everyday. So that, I cant do it by manual coppy then make new notepad file, then paste then save. Therefore I need a software to help me
