An experienced JROX users around here? - I need some quick answers.

Hi guys,

My main question...

Can JROX be setup (with Amember) to track recurring commissions for my affiliates IF I only use Authorize.net for my payment gateway? - I thought surely this would be possible, but now I'm wondering. If not, how the heck do people track these recurring subscriptions for their affiliates seeing that when the payment re-occurs, the user is NOT sent to the thank you page again?

I know this can be done with Paypal, (via IPN) but I'd rather not use them for recurring subscriptions.

Your help would be appreciated!

Hi, Ken.

I've used it for another program before (Not TrafficWave).

I don't think it has a way to do what you're asking without some serious modifications. We had to rip it apart and do a lot of modifications to get it to process recurring payments via Auth.net, Alertpay (nightmare), etc...

That surprises me a little bit.

I thought Jrox was a top of the line program.

I guess then my next question is....what system CAN I use that will track recurring subscriptions for my affiliates? Or what do other people use?

There has got to be a way to do this without breaking my neck.

When it came down to it with TrafficWave.net, we ended up building our own systems. The only other solutions I'm aware of run in to several thousands of dollars.

Not sure how involved your program is but dhsoftwares[dot]com may be a reasonable option. It's not fancy but it's easy to modify.

Worth checking out anyway. He's got some modules for Alertpay, etc... and I've had him build a module for Auth.net so I know it can be done. He's in Australia.

Thanks Brian, I'll check him out.

My site is very simple in concept...one level, and recurring. I just need a way to track this automatically and credit my affiliates with the use of Authorize.net.

Lol...maybe it would be easier to go with PayPal and just put up with their glitches along the way.
