WSO Payment after approval or before?

If I post my WSO, do I wait until it is approved to send the payment? The payment button pops up as soon as I posted.


However, I read that you should not make the payment until it is approved so you can control the launch time.


Is it still reviewed if the payment is not send?

    The way it is currently set up.

    1.) submit WSO thread.

    2,) a payment button will pop up.

    3.) make the payment.

    4.) after approval, you will get a message that it has been approved.

    5.) at this point, you "Set it to "Set as Visible" when ready to go live.

    Therefore, you control the time it launches.
