hello all that are see this post i want to have a valid paypal account but without a bank card . credit card to active with . to buy and to recive money with this paypal account

    You can't apply for a Paypal account here... NONE of the people who see this post can get you a Paypal account.

    You don't need a bank card or credit card to get a personal Paypal account, but a personal account will get limited/frozen if you try to use that account for any substantial number of business transactions.

    For that, you need to upgrade to a premier or business account. You will need to verify that account (i.e. with an account that Paypal can access for that purpose). A simple checking account will do.

    You can use a prepaid VISA card to verify a PayPal account such as entropay.com
