DESPERATE - HELP: I need an order processor immediately!

I'm halfway through a 10 day long launch to my list and Stripe decided to withdraw approval.

I have a Paypal Standard Business account and created order buttons but it's not integrating with DAP (Digital Access Pass) and Getresponse. I've been with Clickbank for 12 years in good standing and set up the new products there but they still require a few days for approval.

BOTTOM LINE: I NEED A PAYMENT PROCESSOR TODAY THAT...

-Will approve me instantly.
-It must automatically add new users to DAP (Digital Access Pass) and Getresponse which means it must use an IPN (instant payment notification).

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    It's for a membership site and I will have 3 payment options for customers to choose from: $14.95 per month, or a single payment of $135, or a single payment of $245.

    Can I do that with JV Zoo today without there being days of approval from them?

    And does JV Zoo integrate with DAP and Getresponse easily?
