May I register web hosting as my domain name?

Dear expert friend,I pre-ordered a domain name webhosting+TLD
Is there any trademark problem?

I got the following from Godaddy:-
''Your domain matches at least one trademark record submitted to the Trademark Clearinghouse.

In the coming days, we'll send you another notice explaining how to acknowledge the trademark claim.

If you choose not to respond to the claim check, GoDaddy will send in the registration after 05 September 2016, if the domain name is still available. ''

It is noted that I registered webhosting.work without any problem in the past

Pls suggest me what to do

Thanks
Monsur

There are several websites that already have webhosting + tld, so I'm going to think you aren't. However, me no lawyer and that's the extent of the research I did. Except, maybe, the trademarked part is not webhosting but webhosting.tld.

FYI: This is the wrong place to ask questions about trademark infringement, though.

You don't need to post on another section, you need to ask someone qualified to give you a good answer, someone who specializes in trademark stuff.

If you take my advice, you could be building a website, get it to make money, then have the trademark holder (if there is one) sue you and make you take down your website.

First you need to ask Godaddy that what actually was the problem. then go ask a professional or an expert to help you with this. i am not sure that people here will be able to provide you the kind of assistance you need. Cheers.
