Hi all just a thought, for all the experienced people on this forum if there could be a help section or tips for new bloggers trying to make there first dollar with niche sites as all i have seen all over the net are sharks looking at ripping people off where ever possible. So for members of this forum maybe a tip or two would go along way to helping someone out i don't know just a thought.

The entire forum is for newbies.

What you're asking is, "Can you put the instructions up for me to make money with no time, no investment, no skill?"

    No. Because it's not possible.

Learn to take IM seriously. It is a skill and a business. Would you ask the same for Accounting, or becoming a doctor? No, you would expect there is a learning curve and time and money necessary to be invested to learn those professional skills.

This is NOT a field in which every pizza delivery boy can come in and become a zillionaire.

And if your attitude is "everyone else is a shark looking to rip people off," then frankly you get what you deserve. Adjust your attitude. Learn some terminology. When you don't understand a word, go look it up and then resume reading just before you heard the new word.

    Learn how to learn.

    Learn how to become committed.

Learn how to solve problems on your own.

      Definitely agree with this.

Too many people look to get into internet marketing for all the wrong reasons. They think it's a walk in the park. It's not.

As for making money, the fastest way is to invest whatever money you currently have into advertising (direct-response advertising, at that). Trust me, trying to build a business on the "cheap" is a very slow process. I tried to do it when I first started out in the fitness niche. I soon realised that was getting me nowhere, so then ran paid Facebook ads.

In terms of how to make money, have you thought of selling an info product to your niche?

Well said Jason great name btw

Internet marketing is a highly developed skill and it takes time to master it.

To the original poster this takes work there is not a magical money tree out there that magically rains cash.

Instead of having the mindset that people are trying to rip you off do your research and learn all you can...

Sometimes investing in a quality product can cut years off your learning curve and get you into positive cash flow a lot sooner than learning everything yourself.

Keep learning and do not be scared to invest in yourself.

      Good luck!

I think you want to know how can you make money through blogging. There are different ways of making money from blogs. Do you have Adsense? Have you every tried for this? It is a good source of making money from your blog. You can also try affiliate marketing and make money. Write product review on your blog and use your affiliate link to get commission.

      Good suggestions.

The #1 problem I uncover in new client calls is they don't have anywhere near enough traffic to meet their money goal. And they didn't know it, so they were beaten before they started.

If you have a blog, yes, you can put Adsense on it and have affiliate offers to products or services related to the topic. You will also need enough traffic to make enough sales. At the beginning you can make a rough estimate. It will probably take longer to make your first sale than successive ones, because you are figuring it out.

There will be a process of trying things and adjusting them. Understand this. No one can give you a perfect out of the box solution unless they are handing you a site that already makes sales.

Do you know how many times that question is asked per day??

I've been helping people here for years and seen it over and over and over again. Maybe instead you should find experienced posters you resonate with, and look back through their posts. You can do that by clicking on their name, and then "Find more posts by {user}". You might learn something.

Ask better questions. Learn how to write a sentence that isn't a run-on sentence so it's easier to understand.

Go learn something yourself, then come back with a clearer question about what to do about it. No one can help you if you have a vague question.

As with anything worth learning there is some leg work involved. my suggestion is to start using the search feature on this forum. Search using the keywords of the specific topics that you are interested. This forum can be a great learning resource if used properly.

You have already learned the important fact that there are a lot of people on the internet looking to sell to you. As long as you are aware of this you should be OK in regards to that.

Well, nobody can help you if you don't elaborate on your blog.

What is the blog theme? For example.

Depending on what the objective or the goal of your blog would be, I'd say to start a simple free WordPress blog site and make product reviews in your desired niche as an affiliate, to then get paid commissions through your unique links of those products in your posts.

You would also need to do the social bookmarking method for your whole site and posts (cheap to do)

Overall, you either need money or time to build your blog up!

    Hope this helps...

    Cheers!

With blogging, I would suggest finding a niche where there is a lot of buzz- an evergreen niche. It would be better if you are really interested in that niche because that will make your business sustainable. Then you need to start with an authority blog. Keep posting valuable contents. Once to start generating traffic, apply adsense. Soon you will have money rolling in .

You need to put in the work. There is no easy route to success. Follow successful bloggers and try to replicate. That will be helpful.

    Just my two cents...

Blog about your experiences in trying to make money online. Talk about what you've tried, your successes and failures. There are thousands of newbies like you who are wanting to learn, too. So they'll be able to identify with whatever you're going through.

As you gain an audience, you can make money simply out of Adsense on your blog and eventually through affiliate marketing as people know, like and trust you.

The secret with $0 investments (if you already bought a hosting).
    Ther are just two steps:

    1. Write several articles (i'd say 10) of not less than 300 words each (you need these articles to get into Google index so that our website does not look one-pager)
    2. Write a thorough and useful article about a product you promote (not less than 2K words, with images, properly formatted etc) so that people would enjoy reading it. This is your selling article.
Use free Yoast SEO plugin for on-site SEO when writing and optimizing your article. With right keyword choosing you are likely to rank your article in top-10 in Google without any link buying.
Your keyword should be not very competitive (e.g. don't expect to rank high for something like "best US lawyer"), Otherwise you are not likely to rank in Google that easily.

Wait for several months (Google needs this amount of time as I see it practically to start loving your article) and your article has many chances to rank well. Actually, you should not wait, but work on other articles, content, promotion like commenting on blogs, forums etc.

It will probably not work with all your articles, but write 10 articles like that and you will see the results: some of your articles will rank well and the free search engine traffic will start flow in.

Thus, with only your time investing you are going to get over 90% of website owners (very rough estimate) who never make a buck from their websites.

Be prepared to spend at least 6 months before you see results.
It's the safest and the cheapest way for beginners I know that I can recommend.

Hello and welcome! I suggest optimizing your blog for on-page SEO. Write quality content regularly, and get traffic by commenting on blogs, being active on forums like this (social media can help, too but you want targeted traffic, thus the on-page SEO).

Keep reading the ones posted on here. I'm also a noob but I noticed that my blog is doing well with on-page SEO.
