Your question would be a lot easier to answer if we knew what you were trying to sell. If you don't mind sharing what you are selling and could include a link to what you are selling it would be easier for those on the forum to help you.

knowing what your gig is would be helpful. However, here are some other things to consider. Is there someone else who offers what you do? Who are the vendors that show up as the top rated sellers? (You can check by typing in what your potential customers would type to find your service, on the left hand side of the search page you can REFINE your search results, Choose top rated sellers).

Look at what they offer, how they word the gig, what is included and what is not. How do you match up? Tweak your gig description and headline to be more congruent. Make sure to have a video for your gig. When you're starting out, you can get a lot of traction when you offer 24 hour or same day service - I don't know if that's possible for your service.

    Hopefully some of this helps!

  • Im a Super Seller on Fiverr, here's my advice:

    - Get a video made (a professional one, not some crappy slideshow) it did wonders for my gig.

    - Offer a better deal than your competitors, to get your foot in the door you will likely have to undercut your competition. If they deliver in 24 hours, promise 12 hours. If they offer 3 revisions, offer 5 revisions. You get the point.

    - Check out buyers requests section to find some work, lots of people post on that section.

    - Standard things like a catchy title and well written description obviously.

When done right traffic can be an excellent source for sales, the traffic some of my gigs get is huge, here are my impressions

How to improve your sales? As your sales begin to pick up over time, my suggestion is to slightly overdeliver on what you promise. That way you are almost 100% likely to get a good review from your buyer, which will boost your gig search rankings higher on the avg. customer review tab.

If you are a copywriter and list your writing gig as 500 words, always go over that...If you promise to deliver in 4 days, then deliver in 3 days. Stuff like that my friend will go a long way.
