Which would work better

Hey guys,

This is a follow up question to my previous post.

here

I now have the money to start funding my plans and begin solo ad testing.

But here is my question...

When I drive traffic from solo ads to my squeeze page, after they opt in should they be taken to a thank you page which tells them to check their email, and from that email they will be taken to an offer in the $7- $10 range?

Or should my traffic be sent to a squeeze page and then directly to my front end offer?

Thanks guys

This is a great question - here's the best answer:

You have to split test to find out for sure, try both methods and see which one works better. My intuition tells me that the more steps there are, the more opportunity there is for you to lose someone during the sale, so probably making them check their e-mail and get bounced back to the sales page is a bad idea because you added an extra step.

Also, if they opt-in and then get directed to your offer, you get the chance to sell to them on the offer page and you still get to send them an e-mail, so you'll have two kicks at the can instead of just one. Again, however, the only way to know for sure what the best approach will be is to try both and see which one produces the best results over time.

Personally, if I filled out an e-mail opt-in hoping to get something free or get free access to something and all I got was a product offer, I might not be too happy, so you may want to warm folks up with the e-mails a bit before you put a product in their face.

    Good luck!
