Consider joining Success Connection by Anthony Morrison. It's free to join and he offers free weekly training. He also offers free software with a few timers on it. You can go to thesc.com to join.
Just keep in mind once you join his list he will eventually send you emails promoting his products.

Usually all you have to do is find a webpage that already has a timer, view the HTML source code and odds are it will be branded code telling you exactly where online you can also get the code for free.

There's payed timers but why?

I use timermagic.com it works great, looks great but is not free. But it is a one time payment not a subscription. I looked a whole lot of free ones but didn't like the look of them.
