CB engine pro does not show refund rates

Hi Warriors,

I purchased CB engine pro yesterday to help me choose a clickbank product to promote. I was mainly interested to know the refund rates of the products. But, it is not showing up. Anybody using CB engine pro here has the same problem? I submitted a complaint ticket to them around 24 hours ago (there is still no reply).

Do you have any other recommendations for CB tools that would help someone to choose the right CB product like cb graph etc.?

    I do not think this metric is available. If clickbank does not provide this then it does not matter what software you use, you will not be able to get it.

      Thanks agmccall. I perfectly agree with you. But, they advertise that refund rates are available as can be seen in link below:

      Further, I came to know about this thing from here in one discussion thread in warrior forum only. Can't find the link now though

    I think that you should submit another ticket for a refund and if you still don't hear from them, call your credit card company and do a chargeback. This will help you get a refund even if they don't reply.

    Amazing how people are all over how to get a refund - even when it's not been mentioned.

    24 hrs is not that long...you may be dealing with differing time zones - and it's a weekend, too.

      Thanks Kay King. I was not going to straight away ask for a refund. But, may be I will wait for 1 or 2 weeks; try to find whether the product is useful otherwise. Anyway, I know that I can get a refund in 60 days as it is a CB product.

      And, that calculator was not giving any results, when I tried it a few times.
