INTERNET MARKETING

Hey guys,

I've been in and around internet marketing and at the start of 2017, I thought, let's go for it.

I've been around a while mainly for a niche website for tips but not to actively make money.

I've managed to make more than my actual job internet marketing, helping others and growing myself up. All tools I have used from building websites in the past.

If anyone is struggling and having that feeling its not working. You need to stop and think. Everyone has to start somewhere, all the people on this forum have all had a start point and it usually starts with zero.

- You need to learn how to market
- Learn how to speak to people
- Learn how to convert leads into sales.

Don't be that person who gets into an opportunity and expect it to work out when you put no work in! You got to work your face off and put all the effort and learning in.

Bit by bit, day by day you will see progress and its amazing when you see it.

Amazing when it pays off and you WIN - not many people can stick with it and come through the days and days without earning.

Takes a lot to get there but once you do it feels so GOOD

Right On! Its work work work. For some not willing to put in the work, if they can afford too hire some that understand digital marketing and SEO, like me then they can afford to sit back. But they still have to watch their money and that's work too!

It's been a journey and yeah I have been on the website for a while but never gave it my all till the start of this year (Feb)... But now I feel I am an internet marketer and able to help others in that journey helps me along the way too.

Great advice. I know I will date myself a bit with this comment, but Internet Marketing has, unfortunately, become the new real estate investment for the 21st century.

We have people in the space pitching and hyping and promising thousands of dollars per month with no work. Many of them are trying to sell the "secrets" of Internet marketing and too many people fall for it. They have some people thinking all you have to do is set up a few a sites and then take an 8-month vacation to Hawaii and sit on the beach while the cash rolls in.

Internet marketing is like any business. It has a ton of hard work, no short cuts, possibly a bunch of failures before success and you won't be sitting on a beach in a few weeks doing nothing but cashing checks.

However having said all that, I love this business and every victory may be hard won but is so amazing.

here is the secret.

its the most important thing you can do as a marketer.

Its more an ARTFORM than a science but I do well with that.

Leads <> quality content <> SALES $$$

it comes down to getting the right combination of pumping out content to sales.

so I normally do 75% content, and then 25% hard core sales. :-) it works for me, but not for everyone.

I have gone blue in the testicles from sitting down testing too, but this seems to be teh best advice, from my results.

test, test, test, test and then when you get sick of testing, TEST SOME MORE.

But the most beneficial thing you can do for you and your business is to generate FRESH and consistant leads for you business each and every day.
