Some little advice please,

A simple description of me would be a self-driven and determined fellow ready to make the best out of life. I have been a seasoned academic writer for close to four years but its seasoned nature doesn't really make it's so unreliable as a source of income for a determined and hardworking individual with bills to pay and dreams to fulfill.
Am really determined to make it online and ready to do all what it takes. I have blogging and affiliate marketing in mind since i have enough time to do both simultaneously. I recently got hand of the Facebook Wealth Formulae e-book only to get disappointed at the last stages whereby it's getting extremely difficult for me to open a Click-bank account due to my location but i still don't want to give up on it since i have already accumulated a decent number of Facebook friends.
Am a Kenyan based graduate but the high rates of unemployment and poor governance among others is just nothing to bet on with your future at stake. Am just determined to get working and get my goals achieved and dreams met. I really need advice on the best way to go keeping in mind that i have A-level experience in writing.

Well uts not only clickbank its jvzoo , warriorplus, shareasale, comision junction etc and many good cpa networks to choose from they have pay per lead offers .This world of IM its not easy but if you are determinated to succed go for it ,if ou have a passion for writing create a blog in a specific niche that you like and build an email list on your blog .be sure to add value to people .With aproximation if you build a good relation with your list its aproximatively 50 cents or 1$ per month per email .If you get 1000 emails you have like 500 or 1000 $ per month ,this its not write in stone its with aproximation

Start a blog in a niche of your choice. Fill it with great content. Invite comments and interact with your readers. Introduce your blog to your Facebook friends. The aim is to get your FB friends to see you as the 'go to' guy in this niche. Write a short report on your niche and offer it for free on a squeeze page to get your blog readers' email addresses. If you don't know what a squeeze page is, just google it.
These email addresses now become your subscribers. In order to collect the emails of your subscribers, you must have an autoresponder service like Aweber, GetResponse, Mailchimp, Sendlane and others. These autoresponder services store your emails for you and allow you to send emails to all your subscribers simultaneously.
As you keep growing your subscriber list, you can start introducing products to them in your niche. Of course, you sign up as an affiliate for those products first. As another commentator has said, if Clickbank is difficult for you, try other affiliate networks like Commission Junction, Share-a-sale etc.

I would try blogging to keep up on writing and learn to become a conversational writer vs an academic writer. I think that will serve you better.

I think the biggest problem is not finding a marketplace with products to sell.
There are plenty over there: like jvzoo, Commission Junction, Peerfly, MaxBounty, etc.

The problem is findin a CORE BUSINESS and build a mailing list around it.

You said to have an A+ experience in writing, which is good, but in any field? Isnt something u know more?

Try to see if that "something" you're passionate about, is even profitable.

For doing so, check with google keyword tool if the keyword of the niche u selected has 5K+ reasearches every month.

Thank look also at FB Audience Insight, which is free, and check.

Than of course check if there are product to sell, Clickbank is ok for that, even if you can't open an account u can check if there are enough product to sell, cause if there are product there of course u can find the same in other marketplace.

And then Build Your Email List, using specific strategies u can easily learn

First of all Thank you for taking your time and effort to advice me. I greatly appreciate your advice more so on the different market places to sell products. Its really good you have mentioned about passion and turning it into profits. I have been thinking of that but get lured into doing affiliate marketing as i tend to think it will bring a much decent stream of income within a shorter time duration (of-course after investing time and resources) as opposed to writing where from my research generating traffic might take a bit longer though with similar time and effort. As we all know success is a process and it takes time and sacrifice so my ideal imagination is not that of a turning into a millionaire overnight but am just determined and ready to fold my sleeves and get working until i see things work. In a nutshell, which one between the two should i start giving my time considering my case?
