Resist the urge to spend money on marketing products, courses, and services . . . until you know what you are doing and can intelligently sift through the useless junk to get to the good stuff.

Spend time using the search function here at the WF to learn about subjects that interest you and business models that make sense for your situation.

Begin building an email subscriber list of people in your niche. Treat them well and respect their desire for paid products (don't hammer the list with affiliate products or your own).

Most important at the beginning of your career is to understand how you can best serve your audience. Find out their problems, concerns, desires and wants. Then you will be in a position to help them and be paid for it.

Test and track your marketing efforts - don't assume you always know what works best - the sales you have will verify what the audience wants.

Be honest, helpful, sincere, and don't take yourself too seriously - have fun with what you do.
