Can someone explain to me this web traffic metrics chart?

Hi all,

I'm analyzing a competitor's website using
See this screenshot:

Based on the results on the right, they have 11,740 visitors (or is it hits?) per month, and each visitor stayed on the site for 18 seconds average after visiting 1 page only. Based on this, their bounce rate should be very high since people are leaving the site and not staying long, but how is their bounce rate only 19.25%?

Shouldn't it be way higher than that? Or am I reading the data wrongly?

  • I see average Pages per Visit is 1.13. It means each visitor must not have landed on more than 2 pages. This might be the reason you see low bounce rate.
