Hiring people to make products for me.

I'll admit it I'm kinda lazy. I was wandering if anyone out there hires other people to make their products for them. I will still do the sales and squeeze page, but I was just wandering if there are people out there that will create products out there, and they can do it on their own without me needed to hold their hand and guide them through it. Like how much do you guys think it costs to pay someone to write a 100 page ebook? Just as an example. And if you guys have any other suggestions let me know.

Theres nothing wrong with outsourcing - infact its smart business!

I just recently hired someone and found an EXCELLENT writer at $1 per 100 words. Hiring online should be no different to hiring offline.

    Heres the process I use.

    1. Advertise online outlining the job requirements on various boards.
    2. Once you have say, 100 people apply, shortlist the applicants .
    3. Have them do an english test - go to expertrating.com, english tests cost around $9.95 ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!
    4. Shortlist in alignment with results.
    5. Have those on the shortlist do up 3 HIGH quality articles on any subject of your choice.
    6. Shortlist again!
    7. The remaining 5 applicants, should then sit a SKYPE interview, in which case, you will be able to actually speak with them and get a feel for them.
    8. Make your decision and hire!

    Best of luck

Cory, that could cost you anywhere from a few hundred bucks to $1500 plus. Quality of the writer is part of the equation--how new that writer is, is usually the other part.

Warriors for Hire section should be able to help you out.

If you can find someone that does quality work, you'll end up earning much more. You should outsource some of your work to fasten the process.. I guess trying for one product wouldn't hurt

Most people that I know that are 'killing it' use other people's time to build their stuff...

Trying to be a one-man-shop = uber slow growth and the 'worker' mentality...

hire out and focus on marketing 'your' stuff

        my .25c on the topic
