Need some help with Paypal problem
I have some issues that I am concerned with regarding Paypal . I would appreciate some help from those who know enough . I live in Bangladesh where Paypal isn't supported but paypal' s sister version Zoom is . My brother lives in the US and he already has a business account . I am planning to start selling some Ebooks through my website some time next year and this problem is really bothering me . Currently the plan is for me to use my brother's account for the money to be deposited there . In other words my brother will be receiving the money on his account on my behalf . He said he will open a personal account for that because that's his only option since he already has a business account . This income is really important for me because I am physically disabled and there are few things I am able to do due to the stress level I am able to handle and writing some ebooks and trying to sell them through my website is my best hope for a passive income . I have a huge advantage in that I have a group on Facebook about Life After Death that is rapidly growing and I am writing some books about the topic and I have a website too and I plan to use both to sell my Ebooks . I have this huge advantage with my audience base
I would love some feedback and only from U.S basd account holders who won't end up giving me misleading information so am asking for feedback from those who really know
1. With a personal account , what are the limits on sales ? I read something like if sales reaches $10,000 annually the holder of the account has to pay tax ? In another forum I read tax has to be paid after sales of 200 items annually so here they were talking about number of items and not the dollar amount . Can anyone please clarify which is right ? Could it be possible both are correct ?
2. Can I use a personal account for a monthly donation system and if so what are the limits and the rules ? I may want to use my website to start a monthly donation .
3. Is there anything else I should know which may have I left out ?
