Thanks for your question, well, let's see...

For under $50 you can get a great whiteboard software called Easy Sketch Pro (in version 3.0 right now).

Other options are videoscribe for $50 + yearly and doodly (a bit more expensive).

Another one is reevio (one time payment) but it costs more than $50...

I'm answering this question only because I am doing a search for something similar, and though I haven't bought anything yet, I am seriously thinking of Explaindio.

It costs $10 more than your requirements and has a yearly membership, but it has the virtue (in my mind anyway) of capabilities in both animation and traditional video. I haven't seen that with any of the others I have encountered. Additionally, it is not compromised by cloud issues because it it is computer based.

There are a lot of upsells with this and the learning curve can be daunting for some, but, though I haven't seen any comments recently, it is a big favorite among Warrior members.

Vyddyoze, it has wonderful templates......, its affordable, actually goes for $37 only. It really helped me.

I just got Easy Sketch Pro for free last night. Someone is running a classified ad that is a lead-in to My Dotcom Business. Nonetheless, I got the software for free and have experimented with it and it is the real deal.

I recommend Easy Sketch Pro by Paul Lynch its an amazing software that can help you create animated videos using various video templates. Its easy to use and has no monthly subscription. I've used it myself when it was first launched
