    If I wanted to make a quick and simple image, I'd head to Canva.com. It's user-friendly and easy to get the hang of. I know some basic Photoshop. It helps me save money to do some work on my own. But for the heavier stuff I just opt to hire a graphic artist/designer. If I'm on a tight budget, I look for Filipino freelancers on places like Onlinejobs.ph, but I also do go to Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

    I am using Canva for my infographics. Using it is very easy plus the free templates are nice-looking. But if you want someone to do it to you, you can go to fiverr.
