Software start up technical help

After outsourcing the development of a new software i seeked out to create(not too complex in my eyes). Ive seen other start ups outsource the technical team for pre launch and post launch issues that may arise to an agency. Is this route becoming more common practice now? Ive hire dozens of freelancers and non have really gotten my attention. I also hear agencies are more expensive but at this point im feeling taking action is better than not making any decision at all. Finally, lets say that after launching everything is honky dory(not always obviously) how can i determine if i need a full time or part timer for my project? Any help is appreciated.

Can't help you with the part time, etc question, but the rest..

I hired a team in India, that created some WP software for me a while ago, and eventhough l had to repeat what l wanted and do illustrations, etc, they did a great job in the end.

That costed $130 for a WP Underconstruction App, that you can see here, (it is not being sold, currently).

I posted that as a WSO here a while ago, and made over 1k, although most of that went to affiliates and l ended up with $350.

So about 6 weeks of hard work, for peanuts all up.

But some agencies can charge 1k or more a month, with only a few examples to base your money on.

I would stay with cheap teams initially until you get going then consider more expensive options.

First, you should start by making a layout of the project and then work from there. That's what I always do.
