Is AMember Easy to Use and Implement Or..

Is there an easier cheaper way to implement a membership site. The site will be maintained by me, but used by a non profit.

There will be several sister locations that will use the membership site based on this implementation.

Is that the place to start or are there more packages?

    I can't answer that question, but I would suggest you check out Kim Standerline's software. After much research I thought her's was best.

    Amember is the standard in membership software. Yes - there are better and more expensive solutions - but for most, Amember is the way to go hands down. The reason is because its's fast, simple, intuitive and does a great job and at $179 is reasonably priced for anyone serious. Just my 2 cents.

      Not sure I'd say it was the "standard"... according to who?

      I'd recommend that you evaluate several programs before you decide, and make sure you find one to suit your needs.

      Its what many people turn to as a last resort. Not a standard.

      Every publisher I know that uses it and that trains others to use it is looking for a better alternative.

      It's far from a standard... but many people are greatful for it because they do not know where else to look.

    like FTP etc. No, you will end up in problems. But you will
