Mail Chimp: Pasting Video URL Into The Video Block Freezes My Page

Hello!
Basically I have a video uploaded onto a website, and when I go to paste the URL into "video URL", it freezes my page and I have to refresh.

I tried removing the video block with a new one. I also don't think I can use that "service" tag as it's not uploaded to Youtube, etc. When I click on it's source, it's BLOB format. Not sure if that effects anything.

    If a service (i.e. Mailchimp) doesn't offer support for their product, you probably shouldn't use that service as an integral part of your business.

    If they do... you should probably avail yourself of those resources, rather than coming here for help.
