Welcome Yasinarbi, l am assuming that ppl is paraplegic, but either way you have limited mobility and want to make some money?

Plenty of ways shown here and elsewhere showing how that could be done, Fiverr being the most obviously, although unlikely that you could make a living from that.

Graphicriver, (and its spinoffs) could do it, but it will take some time, (most likely years).

    Good luck.

Hello! He/she could take on jobs on the internet. There are tons of people earning a living working online just as I am. It's just a matter of finding out what he or she is good at, developing those skills and trying to make it work in the online world. It wouldn't be easy but it will only get easier as they learn the ropes.

There are many mainstream companies that hire people to man customer service and inbound order lines, and Internet technology has reached the point where doing that virtually is no big deal.

I say this assuming that, handicapped or not, a lot of people are looking for cash flow -- paying the rent, keeping the lights on, stocking the fridge, etc.

The hard part is separating the legit work-from-home jobs from the scams. That's why I mentioned 'mainstream' companies. Companies like Comcast or Verizon may have spotty records when it comes to servicing customers, but they aren't going to risk government scrutiny by running employment scams.

The following website reviews of the types of jobs that John mentioned. You would still want to perform your due diligence.

If they want to offer freelance services they'll need to learn a skill and then find clients willing to pay for that skill. You can find a lot of information by using the search function of this forum.

Without knowing what their disabilities are, what their skills are, and what type of work they're seeking, we can't offer you a lot of help.

God, man. It's an Internet forum. And folks say I'm harsh. lol

Did you enjoy, 'War and Peace." You need to lower your expectations for the Internet.

While I try to never lower myself to the level of others and always strive to get them to elevate themselves to my exceeding lofty level, there's this little thing called, 'reality.'

I got that off one of Google's "accordion" results.

As a matter of fact, I did enjoy "War and Peace."

My "expectations" for the Internet couldn't be any lower.

To be honest, there are very few ways that anyone with a computer and an Internet connection can't earn a living! You name it ... it can be done:
    • Affiliate marketing
    • Customer service
    • Copywriting
    • Personal assistant
    • Graphic design and artwork
    • Blogging
    • Technical staff
    • Freelancing
    • Membership sites
    • Consulting
    • Authorship
    • Product creation and sales
    • Webinars/seminars/events
    • Arbitrage
    • E-commerce store with drop shipping
    • Anything else - if travel or lifting or moving around is needed, that can always be outsourced
    Where there's a will and an online connection ... there's a way!

If one needs to learn a skill, here's a site that probably has a course covering it:

    https://alison.com/

The courses themselves are free. If for some reason you need the diploma/certificate, then you pay for it.

I'm curious why threads like this get posted.

If someone is capable of posting a forum thread, why would they mention anything about being handicapped?

I don't get it unless they're looking for pity. Not trying to be a hard ass, I just don't get the handicap connection.

This is the internet. I can't see you.

It's not uncommon for people to lower their expectations for themselves based on what they perceive (rightly or wrongly) as limiting factors in daily functionality.

Still, believing that someone is capable of more than may be the case, without knowing the whole story, could be interpreted as being a bit of a "hard ass."

You should strive to be more like me and always assume the best in people. :-)

      Just sayin'.

The concept of making money from the comfort of your home, no matter what situation you are dealing with, is simpler than a lot of people think.

How simple, you ask? It is as simple as identifying a problem that people are continuously struggling with and providing the solution to their problem, for a fee of course. That's it.

Money has always been and will be traded for the value that you can provide to others. As long as you have something, either a product or a service, that removes a painful problem from other people's lives, you can profit from that if you are smart about it.

It does not have to be a problem that you notice a lot of people having. IF you do the math, even if 1% of a 1% of US population is dealing with something, that equates to over 32,000 potential clients that you can help. That is more than enough clients to last you for a lifetime.

You may already know a problem that currently keeps you up at night, or might have solved one in the past. See if others struggle with the same thing. Formulate a solution that is repeatable.

If you feel like you don't have painful enough problem, do your research. Don't hesitate to email, call or visit people that you know are struggling. Ask them questions in order to identify what really causes them pain and formulate a solution for it.

Get it right and you are on the road to success. Congratulations, you are a consultant

It certainly won't be easy and it won't be accomplished overnight. But everything that is worth doing takes time and effort.

There is certainly more to be said about this topic, so PM me if you want to talk more.

Good luck and enjoy the process.

hi https://www.warriorforum.com/members/yasinarbi.html, there is a lot of possibilities for everybody on the internet, even those with restricted mobility, for example, you could advice him to go for promoting some offers online, talking about mobile offers, but also if the person has some skills she can try to work as ghostwriter, programmer or translator, etc on any freelancer platform out there, and make it work for real! Good luck with this anyway.

It depends on your definition of "handicap". If they're just in a wheelchair, they have the same potential as almost every one of us. They're are many great "text-to-speech" software online too that they can use if they dont feel like typing.

Practical? It doesn't matter if you are handicapped or not. Making money online is not as easy as just finding something and going to work...it's still a process that you have to learn.

There are literally hundreds of ways to make money online...your question is very generic..

It depends on your skills, what you like doing online, etc...so start here before anything else..

For ex. if you start building a review website (monetized through affiliate links and email marketing) but you realize later that you don't enjoy creating content (writing and researching..) on a regular basis then it's gonna be difficult to grow it or stick with it in the medium and long term.

I once hired a Filipino VA who happened to be paralyzed from the waist down. Didn't stop him from doing his job well. It's all about your mindset, he said. Don't let physical limitations get to you.

There are a lot of online jobs you can take--graphic design, web development, writing, etc. You could start a business or become an affiliate. If you have a good idea of what niche you want to get into, start from there. Study first or enter a course if you need to.

Hi there! Find a niche that you can specialize in, make a blog or website and become an affiliate for some companies. You can advertise some products or do reviews and put an affiliate link where they can purchase it and then you get a commission.

he is making a real commissions monthly. here are some of jobs fit that case:
    • Freelance Writer
    • Customer Service Representative
    • Medical Transcriber " requires extensive training, sometimes up to two years depending on the country"
    • Translator
    • Online Tutor
    • Etsy/eBay Seller
    • Survey Taker
Of course, they're other work-from-home jobs for the disabled but the ones listed in my replay provide more opportunities than most for housebound individuals
