Why Questions and Answers websites are ranking higher in SERP?

I am noticing from last 1 year that question and answer website are ranking higher in search results. Why this is happening ? (I think that the users have changed their search techniques, they are asking questions directly as compared to generic keyword searches). What you will say about this?

One reason is relatively common questions are titled and answered directly on sites like Wikipedia, Wikihow, Quora, Warrior Forum. Google, for one, sees these sites as valuable resources with a lot of traffic. The higher Google ranks them, the more traffic they get and the more their value increases.

Rich snippets. That, and Google just wants to satisfy the user's query. That's it. There's no big secret to SEO yet people think it's a mystery.

And no, searcher's haven't changed. Search engines have moved from strings to things and have become "smarter". They're still stupid, compared to the dullest human, but they're getting better via algorithm updates and Rankbrain (Google's AI).

I'd rather tell you an ugly truth than a pretty lie.
