Elance Support is Horrible!
I funded the Escrow over $500. The service provider did not do the job and submitted the cancellation. Elance emailed me an email to confirm the cancellation which I've confirmed.
Then, after 3 days, there isn't a word from Elance. I submitted a support ticket to them.
Another 3 days gone. Not a single response.
I sort of "threaten" them with a Paypal complaint. Still no reply after 2 days.
Forgot it, I've just filed a Paypal complaint 5 minutes ago.
Anyone has bad experience with that?
