What traffic method should I first focus on/master given the following scenario?

Hi Warriors,

I have a complete sales funnel that is ready to go. I basically have a value funnel that is designed to promote an affiliate offer.

Now I will begin the testing phase to test each part of the funnel and make the necessary tweaks for maximum conversion/engagement. Basically my next challenge is getting traffic and I want to focus on paid advertising since I don't have that much time to spend on getting free traffic.

I know regarding paid advertising that I should focus on just one paid traffic method until I master it and afterwards move to something else for more traffic if needed.

What traffic method should I begin with? FB ads with retargeted custom audiences? Solo ads? Can't wait for your inputs

The popular answer will probably be Facebook Ads. For me, though, the value of YouTube Ads has long-since put FB Ads in the shadows. I do both. YT? Top of the charts.

Master both. It's really not that difficult, matey.

I was also thinking about YT. The real problem with YT advertising is that I have no experience with it.

Do you have any courses/resources that you could recommend me to get the grasp of YT ads?

You can also look freelance sites for popular media influencers and pay them to give you a shoot-out.

you can start looking for cheap solo ads... there are clicks for $0.30 out there and people are getting results with that... you need to be sure that your funnel is really good in order to get some returns,, but basically you will be getting subscribers and then you have money forever if you do it right

If you want speed, then go solo ads. If you want a good ROI and a headache, then go Facebook with re-targeting pixels. I feel as though there is way more testing that needs to be done with Facebook ads, but it would be worth it if you can create the right campaign. With solo ads, you'll at least have a chance to get something concrete, such as a new subscriber.

I always recommend Google Search Ads (No display network or partners) just because that's the only advertising I've personally gotten results with. I've tried Facebook Ads but it mostly lead to vanity metrics and no sales. Of course, your mileage may vary because it all depends on the offer.

"Your mileage may vary because it all depends on the offer" This is one of the very important factors what it has to seriously consider.

    • Completely agree with the vanity metrics on Facebook. Google Ads delivers better when it comes to conversion rates - people are looking directly and specifically for what you are offering.
