Flippa Price Updates? Your Reviews ? Any Alternatives for selling starter sites ?

Hi!

I have been a Website flipper for more than 2 years i make starter blog sites and amazon affiliate sites and my main source of income was flippa. But now flippa just increased its prices to impossible heights and it has become impossible for me to work there.

I have posted my sites on digitialpoint forums but there is no response.

Is there any other marketplace or forum or any group any where. From where i can earn an honest living.

Brokers dont deal starter sites. so i need help and advices from this great community.

    I believe the price now is $25, and it used to be $20?


    So $5 difference isn't that much (I think).


    Digital point died years ago, just a bunch of people wandering around like zombies and asking about pay per click networks. Stay out of it.


    Why not create a service site or portfolio and add some "buy now" buttons on it for the different sites you're selling.


    Stick with Flippa and try to market your services website. By doing this you can still get some traffic from the old listings. I've seen a lot of people doing it.


    As for alternatives, I'm afraid Flippa is the only marketplace where you can actually get a large reach for starter websites.

        Still, at $25, you should be making money unless you are selling starter websites for an unbelievably cheap price. And, if they're too cheap, people aren't going to trust them (or you).

          Nothing like a race to the bottom. Reminds me of the thread where the OP wanted to dump Craigslist because they wanted to charge a $5 fee to rum an ad.

            Especially sad, since CraigsList actually only charges $3.00.

    Well, then u should create sites and work on them and try to monetize them in a better way so that they can fetch u higher revenue after a few months of work.

    There is no other marketplace that comes remotely close to Flippa...

    There's Ebay and a whole bevy of domain sales platforms - from Godaddy's Afternic to Sedo and a variety of others you can find by taking a look at the Domaining Feed for starters.

    There are also forums similar to this. Namepros and DNForum come to mind if your looking for leads as well as paid advertising.

    Also as someone above mentioned, even with that, you should still be able to make a profit and more importantly get targeted traffic from them if you know what you're doing.

    If the $25 is killing you then up the quality and perhaps drive a little traffic to bump the list price... disturbing though that a $16 increase breaks the bank.
