You start promoting for Black Friday and Cyber Monday the last two weeks of October and onward. Get your advertising budgets up if people don't know about your offer/website they will never be able to go into a buying frenzy

EXACTLY! I always find it weird for people to stay till 72h before BF then stress out with offers.

We have around 30 campaigns ready and scheduled for every event in Q4 MONTHS ago. No time to speed things up in the last minutes.

I did great this year offering a coupon code for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I had my affiliates begin circulating the code during the middle of November and really raked it in!
