Not able to convert huge audiance

Hi
Need help urgently.
One of my post ranks 1 for one of very competitive buyer keywords. This keyword is related to a discount coupon. However I don't have a coupon to offer my readers.

My affiliate partner is not replying and previously discontinued my candidature for the type of article. I am afraid of asking again as they can punish and I may lose my meagre commission.

There is only one guy who offers the coupon for the corresponding service and is nailing the competition. To be honest, I asked that guy also for help but didn't get any reply.

What shall I do? Any warrior there to help me?

    So, you wrote and article, did the SEO and I am sure other things to get this article to top of Google search results. You promoted a discount coupon that 1. you do not have, and 2. the affiliate program you are participating in does not offer. Then the affiliate program, and rightly so, terminated you.

    You think because you ranked a coupon code article for a product that the product vendor should give you one.

    Here is some advice. As an affiliate before you do anything like that check with the affiliate manager first.

    Do as agmcall suggested or find something else that people using that keyword would buy. Yes, I understand, conversions would be pitiful. But if you have any, it's not a total loss.


    If you can't find, then you follow what agmccall suggested.



    The sooner you move on (either because you found something or because you did not), the better off you'll be, by the way.

    well maybe you search a niche + affiliate product and maybe you find another offer or maybe you can find something related to sell .Also if you have a large audience then build an email list dont loose that traffic and later on you can send them email with other things

    If you are ranking high with this keyword, start contacting websites or vendors in this niche one by one. Show them the proof of your ranking and try to cut a deal with them. Maybe they can create a coupon for you to refer people and allow you to earn a commission.
