    Very valid concept. What people actually do, not what they say always.

    I learned it long time ago in regards to learning.

    If I was on a Webinar and it was teaching/guiding me to a $2000 Purchase how to do something.

    The bigger lesson would be I need to consider Webinar Marketing!
