HELP SETTLE THIS CONFUSION! Can Facebook target based on web activity
I've gotten such mixed answers so I'm hoping to get a clear answer from the experts!
Can I target users on Facebook, based on their web/google activity?
In other words, if I have a coffee shop, can I serve a FB ad to someone who was on Starbucks' website the other day?
Everything i've tried seems to suggest that the only WEB activity I can target someone based on is the activity on MY website.
And yet, some websites say this IS possible?,
In fact, lately, when I've spent a bunch of time on hotel websites, I get a greater flow of hotel ads on my FB news-feed.
How is this happening?
