Laravel SEO description not found

Greetings my name is mubbasher, and i am learning seo so there is a problem i am facing a webiste which is build on laravel and index before having any title and meta description now the problem is i have mention the title and description but still it does not shows the description when i search for site.

Anybody who can help me with that?

    Maybe your site Title and Meta description too long. The meta description should be 160 characters for desktop and 120 characters for mobile. Meta Description Is Inconsistent with Page Content. A Lack of Relevant Keywords.
