I have a gambling related website and I've been trying to find a service to collect emails and create a weekly newsletter. I've been denied from Mailchimp, Aweber, Moosend and others due to dealing with gambling content.

Any advice for services or alternatives?

GetResponse.com? Don't know that they have any restrictions for gambling content.

  • Although, I don't know an AR that supports gambling.
But my advice will be that you read their terms and condition before registering or chat with their support system.

If you keep creating an account and keep getting denied. It can slow down your morale,

Just go to Google and search for AR services and you will see tons of them.

Read the T&C on each one of them and I'm sure you will see one that suits your need.

Good idea, thanks. The funny thing is the services I've tried all have a dropdown which allow you to choose your business, and gambling is an option. When you select it, they allow you to create emails, campaigns, etc, but as soon as you try and send anything they drop the bomb that you can't use the account.

Don't choose gambling, choose something else.

I lay a wager that you should deploy an email marketing mechanism in the house.
