Similar site as others but with a twist never done.

I have a site that is similar to other hot sites but with a twist that has never been done before.

I have had this idea for awhile, I started creation on it but have limited funds to complete due to wifes cancer and other reasons.

I do not want to lose this project as I know it will be a major money maker, so looking for ideas on how to finish this and get it going.

I appreciate any help and ideas.

    First question -- how do you know it's never been done before? Chances are, it has. I spent lots of years on dating offers. What a lot of folks will tell you has never been done in dating before? Has been. And only people with experience can tell you that. Talk to people in your niche. So you understand if it has really ever been done before. Because it probably has.

    Dennis - sounds like you need to JV? (with a programmer perhaps?)


    I honestly don't know what the response would be but might be worth a shot to put this as a project in the JV section.

    Hey Dennis Congrats on the project and prayers for wife.

    Past the whole been done before or not is why would it be a hit in your mind?

    You are in a tricky situation if you think its a hit and need funding because that person with funding can just go get it done on their own so you really need to confide in someone you can trust as an Angel Investor.

      Thanks, Yes this is why I have been hesitant on trying a JV. I know this would be a hit as I have researched and know for a fact it would be. So many ways of making money.
