Hi,

I have issue with Payoneer recently and they are not replying to my tickets.

May I know is there any Payoneer alternatives that can help to accept global payment services? I need to have a U.S. bank account (I live in Singapore) to accept Kindle payment from amazon.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!

Are you signed up with Amazon Singapore? ( amazon.sg ) wouldnt that be a good starting point?

I have been using WISE (Ex. Transferwise) to receive payments from Amazon Associates. Worked great for me!

Yes, I already have an account. it is under the settings that Amazon cannot pay you if you only have a SG based bank account.

Unfortunately Paypal does not offer me a virtual US bank account like Payoneer.

You have an account but NOT an Amazon Singapore acct correct? you have an Amazon US account - hence the need for a US based bank account. I then have to question why? - I know the answer to this - BUT what you have done is side step the system and now its biting you in the tail right?

Figure out how to switch your primary acct to Amazon Singapore... get the payment thing straitened out ( Using a Singapore bank ) and THEN you can list in the US market without issue - and I say this having Amazon accounts in 4 countries.

Make the situation right, in the end you will be able to sell using Amazon US, as much as I am here in the States and can sell on Amazon Australia - I dont need a bank account in Australia... it pays to my primary acct - the exact same will apply you switching to your primary acct being Singapore and then selling in the States.

If I where you... I would call Amazon and tell them you "moved" and would like to set up the primary account as Amazon Singapore, and then change your current Amazon US account as a secondary.. and you can then continue as business as usual. You are so busy trying to side step the process, you are only making the whole situation harder than it needs to be.

Sorry, what I mean is Amazon Kindle program (KDP) in my initial thread, I don't think KDP has a Singapore-based website to join. The only website to join KDP is https://kdp.amazon.com/. And inside my amazon kindle account, they don't have the ability to add SG based bank account.

I spoke with my rep... you need your primary account to be a Amazon Singapore acct. THEN you can attach any account you want. Just call Amazon and straighten it out, and then all of your problems disappear... AND depending on your language base you could sell from the Singapore account transcribe your existing English books to what ever language is native to you.

Its an easy fix and all of the drama and extra fees you would be paying are gone

A Payoneer alternative is NetSpend, a prepaid debit card platform that offers MasterCard and Visa prepaid cards with guaranteed approval.

However, Square Cash is not a good option for personal use. It doesn't allow personal payments from family members. It's best for businesses that sell products and services in person.

Another Payoneer alternative is Stripe, which offers many integration options for businesses and freelancers. Stripe also offers hosted payment pages and does not charge the seller for the payments. If any of the above alternatives isn't feasible for you, you can try out Wise (Formerly known as TransferWise).
