Google offers many different ways to attract customers. Even whole strategies. But as for me - you should be interested in your customer, give them great feedback and give them some discounts or other freebies. And they will tell about you to other people!

So that's how you got your first 100 uses (or something)?

I started blogging on a hot niche (crypto and blockchain) and see that I had traction after 2-3 months so I launched a basic course to see if my audience was interested enough to pay for a product. They were!

It was a perfect time to scale the business with a monthly service to help them stay up to date of a fast-paced and complicated (but full of opportunities) market.

With a juicy lead magnet (A masterclass covering the FAQ's of this niche), a basic funnel, a private facebook group and the best method on FB ads at that time, the business grew to 100 and then more than 200 monthly subscribers fairly quickly

I think the proof of concept is the key, I was providing what the people wanted to know at that time and they found in me a trusted source

Hitting your first 100 users is an awesome feeling.

How I got the first one hundred users of my software was I worked my ass off and joined forces with someone. You do your best to give the customer good value for their money and over deliver, be there if you're needed and help them any way they may need.

Once you get momentum you have to keep it and I couldn't so that's the hard part. Setting goals can be both good and bad so don't set yourself up for failure take it step by step and things will start to happen. I am starting all over again had to pick a new career choice and develop a new strategy and I wonder to myself where are all those people who professed to be my pals are now LOL don't get sidetracked by other people's failures or success focus and you will be ok.
    cheers

I hit on a popular niche, by luck really, that was about free air travel back in 2001 and it was amazingly popular and lasted for about 3 years by which time the competition was making it unprofitable.
But it was a great three years and I always thought I would be lucky if it lasted 3 months!

I built an audience that came to my FB group through my website and Youtube videos and email list. I grew it about 2000. From there, selling was easy as I already had a group of folk who knew and trusted me.
